Pipe Magnets

Installed on inclined chutes, the Plate Magnets gives protection against tramp metal contamination. Available in 4 strengths in widths 6” with magnetic tubes is inserted. onwards.

Constructed in Stainless steel the plate magnet is provided with hinge and tapered step.

Ultrareach Magnet

Two Plate magnets are assembled on either side of a housing in Stainless Steel construction.

For installation in vertical chute. The central deflector diverts the material to either of the Plate magnet. An inspection door provided with quick release toggle clamp helps in periodic cleaning of the magnet surface.

Grate Magnet

For trapping fine iron contamination form rectangular or conical hoppers.

The grate magnet comes in various sizes and is fitted with High Energy High Gradient Magnetic tubes with strength in excess of 11500 gauss.

All stainless steel construction the tubes 1” in diameter is spaced at 2” centers.

Liquid Trap

Liquid Traps essentially consists of a Stainless Steel housing in which a lid with magnetic tubes is inserted. The trap comes in 2”, 3” and 4” inlet sizes.

V– Band coupling is provided for ease of plate magnet is provided with hinge removal of lid for cleaning magnet. Sizes 6” upwards can also be custom built.

Pipe Separator

Plate Magnet fixed in a Stainless steel housing for installation on inclined pipelines.

Flanges can be provided as optional. Available for all the four strengths of Plate magnets.

Hump Magnet

Two Plate magnets installed in a doglegged housing increases the capability of better performance in large capacity applications of free flowing material fed by gravity. The housing can be either in Stainless Steel or Mild Steel.

Grate in Housing

Rectangular Grates are assembled inside a Stainless Steel housing provided with an inspection door and quick release Toggle clamp for ease of removal of grates for periodic cleaning. Can be custom designed with multiple banks.

Inline Magnetic Trap

Magnetic Trap for smaller flows. Stainless Steel canister with 3/4” BSP inlet and outlet.

The cartridge comprises of two High Energy, High Gradient ,magnetic tubes.
